The national law firm Stephensons has expanded its commercial property team with five new appointments as demand for its real estate expertise continues to grow.
Qualified solicitors Thomas Yau and Noormuhammad Nawaz have joined the team from national law firms. In their roles, Thomas and Noormuhammad will advise clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, as well as landlord and tenant work.
The firm is also pleased to announce the promotion of Jack Roland to the position of Apprentice Solicitor within the team, further supporting the continued development and growth of the department.
Stephensons has additionally welcomed paralegals Adam Kay and Christian Cheng, who will support the commercial property team with transactional work, due diligence, and document preparation, further strengthening the department’s ability to deliver a high level of service to clients nationwide.
