Stephensons has secured The Law Society’s prestigious Lexcel accreditation for the 11th year in a row.
The Lexcel practice management accreditation is an optional scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments and is awarded to those who meet the highest management and client care standards.
In her assessment of Stephensons, the visiting Lexcel assessor, Anne Milne commented:
“It is clear from this assessment that Stephensons continues to maintain an excellent Lexcel standard, and people feel well supported by their line managers and colleagues.
“The firm has a good, clear management structure, and people feel valued and appreciated and looked after by the firm. Learning and development continues to work very well, and coaching and knowledge sharing have continued throughout homeworking.”
