The national law firm, Stephensons, is pleased to announce the qualification of Shay Winstanley as a solicitor in its award-winning employment law department.
Shay joined Stephensons in 2021 while completing his LPC/LLM at the University of Law, having previously graduated with first-class honours in LLB Corporate Law from the University of Salford.
Since joining the firm, Shay has demonstrated exceptional commitment and capability, working on a wide range of employment law matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, and settlement negotiations. He has played a key role in supporting both employees and employers and has steadily built his own caseload.
