Non-molestation order

An order within an injunction which prevents one person using or threatening violence, harassing, intimidating or pestering another person.

Non-resident parent

A parent who does not live with a child. The non resident parent may or may not spend a significant amount of time with the child.

Nullity  

An application to court for a declaration that a marriage is ‘void’ or annulled.
