This seminar will focus on the grounds which are available to you as an employer to fairly dismiss an employee and how to stay within the law. It will also provide you with practical advice on how to handle and conduct a fair disciplinary process.
Dealing with sickness absence - This section of the seminar provides an overview on the challenges you face as an employer in handling sickness absence. We will guide you on the issues you face and how to deal with tricky situations; whether this is in cases of short term or long term sickness absences.
Employment law update - This section will provide you with a brief run down of the latest changes and will focus on shared parental leave, zero hours contracts and holiday pay.
