Buying a Property
Once you have found a property that you wish to buy, we will obtain a package of searches against the property which will provide you with information about the property and its surrounding area. We will check the title to the property to ensure that you obtain a good and marketable title so that it can be re-sold in the future.
If you are obtaining a mortgage to fund the transaction we will advise you about the terms and conditions of the mortgage offer received. If you are paying for the property without a mortgage you will need to arrange to have those funds available in time for the matter to proceed.
Once all of these things are in place we will provide a full report on the property to you and ask you to sign the necessary documents. When those have been signed we can usually proceed to complete the matter. On the completion day you will be given the keys to your new property.
