After graduating from the University of Manchester, Tim completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester in 2001.
Tim started at Stephensons Solicitors LLP as a graduate clerk in 2002 and commenced his Training Contact in September 2003. During his Training Contract and following qualification he has specialised solely in children's cases. Tim is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel.
Tim is based in the Care department in Manchester and has experience of acting for local authorities, parents and children in complex cases including care proceedings, residence and contact disputes and adoption proceedings.
