Biography
Stephen Collins is a litigation executive within the personal injury and credit hire department. Stephen began his career in 2000 as a paralegal within a personal injury department.
As well as personal injury, Stephen has gained valuable experience over the last 20 years acting for credit hire organisations dealing with all aspects of credit hire litigation including high value cases allocated to the fast and multi track. Stephen is well versed in the many and complex arguments raised by defendants in opposition to credit hire.
During his career Stephen was an associate at a small city centre law firm in central Manchester where he acted for a number of clients in the area of historical sexual abuse.
During his career, Stephen has gained a wealth of experience in many areas of personal injury litigation, including road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents in public places.
