Biography
Leonnie joined Stephensons in 2022 as an advisor before being promoted to the team leader in 2023, she provides general legal advice when required as well as managing the day-to-day tasks of leading the team and ensuring productivity.
Leonnie has an experienced background in sales and customer services with specialised sales skills, people skills, communication skills and listening skills. This enables her to lead the team ensuring that the correct up to date training is being given, the advisors are compliant within their advice and SLAs/targets are being met.
Leonnie is understanding and patient, making her an ideal candidate to handle first instance complaints and difficult situations. She prides herself on having a welcoming, caring nature which she believes is a key factor in being a leader and providing a safe space for both advisors and clients.
