Andrew is a litigation executive within the personal injury team with a particular interest in credit hire.

Andrew has over twenty years of experience in dealing with credit hire claims, having represented both claimants and defendants during his career, dealing with hire to both private individuals and commercial clients.

This wealth of experience in the credit hire field enables Andrew to take a proactive approach to case management with an emphasis on identifying and resolving issues at an early stage. This allows Andrew to provide credit hire organisations with a reliable early assessment of a claim. It also means that the litigation runs smoothly and efficiently, and that recovery of hire charges post-issue or at trial is maximised due to the meticulous way in which the claim is presented to the court and the opponent.

Andrew has dealt with a multitude of issues during his years working for various personal injury and credit hire teams, including matters in which fraud and misrepresentation were alleged.
