Funding

We recognise that claims can be costly and therefore if you are not in a position to pay privately, we may be able to assist you in one of the following ways.

Legal Costs for such claims are often provided under certain insurance policies (typically household insurance). We can assist in liaising with your Insurer to discover if you have the benefit of legal expenses which will cover the legal costs associated with your claim provided your claim continues to enjoy reasonable prospects.

Alternatively, if your claim has sufficient merits we may be able to take your case on the basis that we receive a proportion of any damages you win, but nothing if you lose.

It is clear to us that but for the trained intervention from people such as yourselves, many employees up and down the country would routinely find themselves in difficult situations, having to endure bullying and intimidation of varying degrees, too afraid to speak up or seek redress owing to concerns about the consequences for their job security or financial settlements, were they to do so.
