If payment is not made in full after the letter before action is issued, on your instruction we will issue a claim with either the County Court or the High Court on your behalf, for a fixed fee. Our charges depend on the size of the debt involved, please check our factsheet. When preparing the claim, solicitors fixed costs and the Court fee is included within the debt and is therefore recoverable from the debtor if successful. Statutory, contractual or late payment interest and compensation is also added to the debt for you by us.
