A Family solicitor in Bolton has been awarded ‘accredited specialist’ status, putting her into an elite group of just three solicitors in the area who can advise in very complex family law proceedings.
Victoria Melling, an associate solicitor at Stephensons Solicitors LLP on Silverwell Street, has been accredited by Resolution, the family law organisation, as an accredited specialist in family law, with particular specialisms in domestic abuse and complex financial and property matters.
Victoria has nine years’ experience as a Family solicitor, advising couples on sensitive family issues such as divorce, child contact disputes, property and financial matters arising out of divorce.
To qualify for the Resolution accreditation, Victoria took part in a rigorous assessment and had to demonstrate the highest levels of knowledge, practical application of the law and best practice.
Victoria, who is the manager of the Family team in Stephensons’ Bolton office, said: “I am really pleased to have attained this recognition from Resolution.
