Stephensons Solicitors LLP is partnering up with networking specialists Blue Orchid to host a free seminar for new, existing and aspiring businesses in the Wigan borough.
The ‘Growing Your Business’ event will help those thinking of starting up their own business and those who have been in business for up to three years.
It will be held at Wigan Investment Centre on Wednesday 5th March from 5pm to 7pm. Sheryl Clare from Blue Orchid will open the event, followed by presentations by various legal specialists at Stephensons.
Stephensons’ team of commercial legal experts will provide advice on the key aspects of setting up and running a business including the importance of cash flow management, debt recovery, tips for taking commercial leases, business contract terms and conditions and estate planning and protection.
Karen Baron, business management consultant at Stephensons, said: “Blue Orchid and Stephensons have something in common in that we both work with local entrepreneurs who are starting out or already running businesses in the borough.
“The seminar is the perfect opportunity for budding and new business owners to come along and find out about the major legal aspects which may have an impact on their venture, as well as a great networking opportunity to meet other local business people.”
The free-to-attend event will provide opportunities for attendees to network and light refreshments will also be provided. Those who attend are also encouraged to bring along marketing materials such as pull up banners to display at the event.
