We are able to brand this helpline according to requirements. Constant is a domestic legal helpline, access by freephone for insured and their families. It covers a range of legal issues including: employment rights, buying and selling a house, consumer rights, child care matters, housing debt and welfare issues, making a claim after an accident, motoring and criminal offences, neighbour disputes, Wills and probate, medical problems and complaints against professionals.
Constant is a wider service than some legal helplines attached to household policies as it covers a much more comprehensive range of services. It has nationwide coverage and provide callers with 24/7 availability, 365 days of the year. A broker can give/sell Constant to its insured which enable the insured to telephone for initial legal advice.
Carry on Driving
Carry on Driving has been developed for brokers who want to complement their existing benefits. Brokers who offer membership will be able to provide their insured with free access to a 24-hour legal helpline.
