Mark Fenning, Partner & Head of Legal Expense Insurance

Mark manages the relationship for all of our legal expense insurance business partners. In this capacity Mark works with these partners to evolve the firm’s services for insurers and brokers both in the provision of legal helplines, first notification of loss processing, panel solicitor work, and value added ‘wrap around’ products.

Mark’s responsibility is to ensure that Stephensons’ services are in line with the insurers’ requirements and meet service level agreements. He also oversees the firm’s 24-hour legal helplines both for businesses and private individuals.

Stephensons recognises that there is a changing consumer appetite for both 24/7 legal services and packages which provide a ‘one-stop solution’. Mark plays a key role in adapting the firm’s services to meet this demand through the development of packaged products and value added services which can be marketed via broker and other white label schemes.
