Joining Stephensons in February 2021, Nick leads the sales and marketing strategy with a particular focus on sales and distribution, brand, digital transformation and cultural change.
Nick has joined Stephensons from the insurance sector where he held various C-suite sales and marketing roles, as well as numerous senior management and board positions. Nick brings expertise in transforming large brand, marketing and sales functions into an integrated function that promotes a high-performance culture.

Nick is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds an MBA and a BA honours in History & Politics from the University of Warwick.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, and deploys excess energy wielding gardening tools and coaching a junior football team.
