Natalie Tolley

Associate Case Manager


Natalie is an associate case manager and assistant to Mike Pemberton in the public law team or our civil liberties department. She has extensive experience in prison law and assisting families in inquests.

Natalie joined Stephensons in 2005 after completing A Levels in psychology, sociology and English language.

She spent a short time in the new business team before moving over the crime special cases unit working with Campbell Malone on criminal appeals.

She has worked with Mike since 2007 and has gone on to develop her specialism in public law work including inquests, prison related casework and education disputes.

Natalie is able to advise on education matters, relating to admissions and appeals, EHCP assessment and reviews, concerns over bullying and complaints to schools. She also continues to assist Mike in the more complex public law matters.

Natalie is a member of the Association of Prison Lawyers.

Outside of work, Natalie has three young children who keep her busy.
