“Thanks for the email and more importantly thank you for “being there” this morning and helping us through what was (and has been) an incredibly stressful and difficult time. I would like it recording that my wife and I are both really, really grateful that you (and Stephensons) were able to help us at such a desperate time. I can only say that you had a really good manner whereby you didn’t judge us at all and genuinely seemed to care about our position and wanted to help us keep a roof over our heads.
It’s a horrendous experience to find yourself in such a position as we were in and when we turned up at court this morning we were genuinely scared and worried about the possible outcome but you quickly helped calm us down and show us that there was every chance of a positive outcome” – View from a satisfied client
