Jennifer has been a law costs draftsman since 2011 and joined Stephensons' costings team in September 2013.
Jennifer is a member of the private costs team working on the contract with the Government Legal Department. She considers adverse costs claims of both high and lower values, prepares the relevant documents and provides detailed advice to clients. Jennifer also negotiates costs with the other side and ensures that the best result is obtained for the client and that their interests are protected at all times. She is also involved in assisting the newer members of the team and providing advice to client’s generally, when asked, and not just on specific matters being handled.
Jennifer is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
