Jade is a trainee solicitor and is currently in her third seat in the family team. She is supervised by Amanda Rimmer.
Jade joined Stephensons in October 2017 as a graduate paralegal in the clinical negligence department where she worked closely with solicitor Kelly Withers. She assisted on a variety of clinical negligence claims including delayed diagnosis and dental negligence claims.
She secured a training contract in June 2018 and began her first seat in the residential conveyancing department in Manchester in October 2018 where she assisted with sale and purchases. She then moved to the consumer dispute resolution team for her second seat. During her litigation seat she assisted with a wide range of consumer claims, including a variety of land issues and professional negligence civil actions.
Jade graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2013 with a first class law degree and went on to complete an LLM masters degree in law medicine and healthcare in 2014. She graduated the legal practice course with a distinction.
Jade has extensive voluntary experience and has previously undertaken an 18 month placement in the Philippines in Cebu where she learned how to speak Cebuano and was fluent after approximately eight months.
