Heather is a trainee solicitor currently undertaking her first seat in the commercial property department based in our Middlebrook office under the supervision of David Baybut.
Heather secured her training contract in June 2019 after joining Stephensons in November 2018 as a graduate paralegal in the clinical negligence department, where she assisted a partner and a solicitor on their varied and complex case load including birth injury and delay in diagnosis cases.
Heather graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2015 with a 2.1 in her criminology degree and completed her graduate diploma in law in 2016 with a commendation. After gaining experience with a reputable law firm in their personal injury department, Heather went on to complete her legal practice course at BPP University in 2018, gaining a commendation.
Heather is also one of the firms recognised mental health first aiders, she volunteered for this role as she worked in mental health care for several years during her time studying for her university degrees.
