Hannah Mallin
Hannah graduated from Lancaster University with a 1st class degree in law in 2012 and then obtained a distinction in the legal practice course at the University of Law in 2013. Hannah is a graduate member of CILEX.
After completing the LPC Hannah worked as a paralegal in personal injury law. She joined Stephensons' family law department in 2014 as a graduate paralegal and initially worked alongside Tim Galbraith before progressing to becoming a fee earner.
Hannah is experienced in all areas of children law and acts for both local authorities and parents. Her areas of practice include:
- child arrangements orders,
- prohibited steps orders,
- PLO pre-proceedings,
- care proceedings,
- contact with children in care, and
- discharge of care orders.
In addition Hannah is also experienced in assisting victims of domestic abuse including obtaining non molestation orders.
