Harriet is a case manager in the firm's discrimination department.
Harriet obtained a 2:1 honours degree in law with Spanish from the University of Chester in 2015 and went on to successfully complete her legal practice course and a master’s degree with a distinction award in 2018.
Having initially completed a vacation scheme in the discrimination department in 2014, Harriet joined the team as a graduate paralegal in 2015 and has since gone on to secure the role of case manager.
Harriet manages a varied case load of both complex civil and employment discrimination claims, brought on behalf of claimants under the Equality Act 2010. She specialises in engaging in pre-action correspondence, settlement negotiations, issuing and managing proceedings in both the employment tribunals and the county courts and assisting claimants in preparing for preliminary and final hearings in the employment tribunal.

Harriet currently specialises in advising claimants on the following:
- Disability discrimination
- Pregnancy/maternity, sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment and marriage/civil partnership discrimination
- Age, race, religion and belief discrimination
Harriet also has extensive experience in assisting claimants with university, housing, employment and service discrimination claims.
