Cecilia is a solicitor advocate with extensive experience in representing individuals charged with serious crime and complex fraud.

Having qualified in 2008 she has established a strong client base of individuals from all walks of life due to her personable approach, dedication and tenacity.

Cecilia also specialises in representing those under investigation by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

She also undertakes Immigration work, assisting those that wish to enter or remain in the United Kingdom.

- R v Lynch & Others

Client charged with murder following a fatal stabbing. Client acquitted of murder following a two month trial.

- R v Robinson

Client alleged to have assaulted the complainant in a private members club. Complainant failed to appear at court citing 'a family emergency' crucial social media research undertaken by defence which proved complaint was on holiday. Prosecution offered no evidence. Acquittal for client.

- Secretary of State v Jankovic

A popular shop worker was given two weeks to challenge his deportation. Thousands signed a petition against deportation. Application to remain lodged and was successful.


Violent disorder involving over 20 individuals. Acquittal secured.
