Bethany joined Stephensons in 2019 and is a trainee solicitor in the commercial and consumer department.
Bethany studied at Edge Hill University and graduated with an upper-second class honours in her bachelor of laws degree. She also achieved a first class in her dissertation which featured the impact of brexit on professional football in England with reference to European Union law.
Having completed her undergraduate degree in 2019 Bethany studied her postgraduate qualifications at the University of Law in Manchester. Bethany worked at Stephensons full time whilst studying the legal practice course and a masters in law, business and management at the weekend which she completed in 2021. She chose to feature her masters case study on the creation of diversity and inclusion in the legal sector and achieved a high distinction.

Her involvement with cases ranges from pre-action disputes through to enforcing judgments after they have been successfully obtained. Bethany works with a number of other solicitors and partners within the department and also has experience in consumer contract disputes. For the next two years Bethany will be completing her training contract and will work alongside solicitors in consumer litigation, commercial litigation and commercial and corporate work.
In her free time Bethany enjoys mountain biking, spending time with her Doberman and going to the gym.
