Stephensons advised the award winning events management business AOK Events Limited on the purchase of the entire sale capital from one of the UK's leading corporate hospitality and event management companies, Cavendish Hospitality & Events.
As part of AOK Events’ ambitious growth and development plans the company is expanding its hospitality arm to create AOK Cavendish. This will create one of the UK’s largest hospitality agencies.
The new arm will sit alongside AOK Events’ two other core services, Bespoke Events and Venue Finding.
The deal was advised on by the corporate team at Stephensons. Support was given by the property team.
