The parties in the matter of the Group Litigation Order under claim number B03MA250 in Manchester County Court ("the Robert Meaton GLO"), have now reached a settlement in respect of the claimants currently on the register, in full and final settlement of their claims relating to the adverse costs orders against them and for other losses arising out of the alleged negligence of the former firm Robert Meaton & Co. The settlement has been reached without an admission of liability by the defendants, and the terms of settlement are subject to confidentiality.
Any individuals who wish to be added to the register of claims should come forward as soon as possible as delay may prejudice the right of an individual to make a claim. The cut off date for entry to the register shall be the 20th July 2016.
