Stephensons, the national law firm, has continued its expansion into the capital with the appointment of a new head conveyancer.
Yitendra Senghani joins the firm from London-based Pindoria Solicitors where he was a company director and led the conveyancing function, handling a high volume of transactions for residential and commercial clients.
Yitendra will now lead Stephensons’ dedicated London conveyancing team, based in Hammersmith, assisting clients across the UK.
Yitendra said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Stephensons. As soon as the opportunity arose to join such a large, nationally established firm, I knew it was the right place for me.
“The new role is an excellent opportunity to work on a high volume of complex conveyancing cases in one of the most competitive markets in the UK.
“It’s great to be working alongside likeminded professionals – in London and elsewhere – who are committed to doing things the right way, not simply the easy way.”
“The team and I are looking forward to providing an exceptional service for our clients across the country.”
Stephensons head of real estate, David Baybut said: “We’re delighted to welcome Yitendra to the firm and look forward to seeing our London conveyancing team go from strength-to-strength.
“He brings a wealth of knowledge, built up through years of hands-on experience in the highly competitive London market, and we believe he will be a considerable asset to our growth in the capital.”
