In the client service category, Constant was ranked third in the European legal sector crediting the scheme's originality, rationale and impact.

Stephensons Constant platform is believed to be unique in its offering to clients who can access a 24 hour helpline, 365 days a year, as well as additional extras relevant to their legal needs, such as access to a network of counsellors, advice on managing the media, refer a friend rewards and discounted self-storage when moving home.

The dedicated Constant Hub and smartphone app is used by hundreds of Stephensons clients each month, with new content, offers and rewards made available on a regular basis.

Stephensons' accreditation in the report follows the firm's shortlisting at the FT Innovative Lawyers Europe awards 2015 held at the Natural History Museum, London.

Stephensons' Chairwoman, Ann Harrison, who attended the event, said: "We're delighted that Constant has been so highly commended and recognised in the FT's industry leading report.

"Our firm is proud to be breaking new ground, offering unique rewards, advice and assistance to our clients, for whatever legal problem life throws at them.

"We recognise that our clients want more than just a one-off service. Through Constant, our team of legal experts and a wide range of legal services are within easy reach of our clients, when they need them."
