Four family law specialists at North West law firm Stephensons Solicitors LLP have been awarded ‘accredited specialist’ status by family law organisation, Resolution, putting them into an elite group of solicitors who can advise in very complex cases.
Legal executive Lauren Day, who is based in the Leigh office, and solicitors Ceri Thomas (Bolton), Belinda Green (Wigan) and Charlotte Faid (St Helens) undertook extensive examinations to become accredited specialists in the areas of domestic violence, complex financial and property matters and private children law, and all passed with flying colours.
To qualify for the Resolution accreditation, the specialists had to demonstrate the highest levels of knowledge, practical application of the law and best practice.
