TRAINING COURSE: Redundancy planning, Wigan Investment Centre: Stephensons’ employment team is offering a series of training programmes through the year. Philip Richardson will guide clients through the law relating to redundancies as well as give an introduction to the new ACAS Code of Practice which employers are required to follow from April 2009 when dealing with dismissals, including redundancies.
