North West regional law firm, Stephensons Solicitors LLP, is hosting the next in its series of ‘credit crunch survival’ seminars at Bolton Arena for investors seeking to buy businesses out of insolvency.
The firm, which has a dedicated corporate recovery and insolvency team, is hosting the free-to-attend seminar on March 10th. It will give in depth advice on how to buy a business out of insolvency, from making the initial approach to the Insolvency Practitioner, to putting together the documentation, to complying with the relevant legislation.
Speakers will include Kay Waddington a partner in the corporate department and Chris Bowers, an associate solicitor in the insolvency department. Both speakers are regular advisers to Insolvency Practitioners and owner managers of businesses throughout the NorthWest. Although the economic outlook may be described as bleak, there are still opportunities to be had for businesses and investors who aren’t afraid to brave the current conditions.
This is a must-attend event for any business owner or investor looking to purchase or help turnaround an insolvent business.
