These training sessions aim to provide you with the understanding needed to ensure that you have a more efficient and smoother process when selling new build plots..


These sessions will benefit sales agents / sales representatives, sales progressors and anyone involved on behalf of a developer in the plot selling process.


The session will cover our top tips on taking reservations, instructing solicitors, providing an insight into the buying process and completion. We will also be able to answer any questions you may have in a question and answer session and information sheets and process flow charts will be given to you for future reference. We have experience of delivering these sessions with immediate improvement for our clients as a result of the guidance and information delivered.
