Training for housing associations and registered providers: the right to buy and right to acquire process

Stephensons are delighted to be able to offer you a free in-house training session on the right to buy (RTB) and right to acquire (RTA) process.

 

These training sessions aim to provide you with the understanding needed to ensure that you have a more efficient and smoother process.

 

These sessions will benefit property managers, accountants and anyone who is involved in the right to buy and right to acquire process.

 

The session will cover all stages of the RTB and RTA process from application through to completion and we will answer any questions that you may have if you provide us with them before the training.

Kate Bullen - Partner

Kate has specialised in commercial property law for more than 13 years. She regularly advises housing associations and registered social providers on many different types of transaction including flexible tenure, right to buy and right to acquire applications as well as forced and shared ownership sales.

 

Jonathon Waterhouse - Senior Associate

Jonathon is a senior associate solicitor and has specialised in commercial property law since qualification more than six years ago. Jonathon advises owner-managed business, public authorities, charities, high net-worth individuals, banks and pension trustees across a full spectrum of property related work.

 

Jessica Charnock - Solicitor

Jessica is a solicitor in Stephensons' commercial property department. Her specialisms include advising registered provider in a range of property transactions for example, sales under right to buy and right to acquire, deeds of priority, title rectification, sales of land, commercial leases and conditional contracts for purchase.
