We understand that our clients are often contacting us during what is a difficult time in their lives and can often find gathering the information needed and speaking about the sensitive details upsetting. Settify allows you to provide the particulars, and the sometimes sensitive information about your case, from the comfort of your own home and at any time of day. You will be asked questions which are personalised to you and your circumstances to enable our expert team to focus on finding the best way forward for you and your family. You can come back to the questions as and when you want to if you do not have the time to fill everything in at once or if you need to take a break.
Using Settify means that our solicitors can have all the details of your case and be up to speed with your circumstances before they see or speak to you. Your initial appointment can then be used to discuss the next steps available to find the best solution for you rather than gathering this information, saving time and money.
There will be no cost to Stephensons’ clients when using the tool if Stephensons are instructed by you. If you do choose to use this tool you will save money in the long run as your first appointment will not be taken up by collating the information we need to evaluate your case. If we are unfortunately not able to take your case on for any reason Settify will find another law firm suitable for your needs and pass the information you have already provided to them if you wish to instruct them.
