International child abduction - Non Hague Convention

If your child has been taken to or kept in another country without your permission you may be able to make a Hague Convention case if the country they have been taken to is signed up to the agreement. There are a large number of countries signed up to the Hague Convention, however, if the country your child has been taken to is not a party there may be other steps we can take to get your child returned to their country of residence quickly and safely.

If your child has been taken to another country by their other parent in what you suspect is an abduction it is essential that you act quickly. Call our expert child abduction solicitors on 0203 816 0548.

Our Trustpilot reviews

The level of service that was provided was excellent and one which was professional, understanding and the most important for me was empathy. I myself am a very organised individual and like things done on time without delay, Stephensons understood this and respected what was important to me and for children.
