We appreciate that being required to give evidence at an inquest can be a very daunting process. We also recognise that whilst Coroners will not formally assign blame, their findings can give rise to civil litigation, criminal prosecution or referrals to professional regulatory bodies. We have experience of guiding clients through the process, protecting their best interests and advising on the implications of Coroner’s verdicts.

If you would like to discuss issues surrounding an inquest in confidence with one of our specialist solicitors, please contact us on 01616 966 229. You can also complete our online enquiry form and a member of the team will contact you directly.
