Applying for social housing

Local authorities operate a waiting list system for social housing that categorises applicants into different bands. Certain bands will be housed quicker than others, so it’s important that the local authority assesses your case correctly. If you feel that your needs have not been properly recognised by the local authority, get in touch with the our social housing team to see how we can assist.

Our social housing team has extensive experience in dealing with local authorities, which means we can get the results you want quickly.
