The session will cover all stages of the RTB and RTA process from application through to completion and we will answer any questions that you may have if you provide us with them before the training.

Jonathon is a senior associate solicitor and has specialised in commercial property law since qualification more than six years ago. Jonathon advises owner-managed business, public authorities, charities, high net-worth individuals, banks and pension trustees across a full spectrum of property related work.
Jessica Charnock - Solicitor
Jessica is a solicitor in Stephensons' commercial property department. Her specialisms include advising registered provider in a range of property transactions for example, sales under right to buy and right to acquire, deeds of priority, title rectification, sales of land, commercial leases and conditional contracts for purchase.
