About the role
- Offering excellent customer service in a high volume call handler environment.
- Responsible for handling all new client enquiries via telephone and web enquiries
- Gather all relevant details in relation to the clients conveyancing query
- Provide quotes for services and convert enquiries
- Ensure all enquiries are captured and recorded on our systems and clients are dealt with in a professional manner
- Demonstrate a confident, friendly and professional manner
- Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills
- A keen interest in delivering excellent customer service in order to convert the sale
