Paralegal - Conveyancing

About the role 

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to join an award winning team to be based at our Wigan office? Your role will involve assisting the department by providing a comprehensive and quality Conveyancing service as part of a team. Running sale and remortgage files, some freehold purchases. Assist by checking mortgage offers and searches, carrying our admin duties such as attending to clients, drafting letters, preparing contracts, leasehold reports, etc. All under the supervision of a fee earner. It is essential that you have experience in Conveyancing in a high volume environment, working with sales and remortgage files and working with a case management system.
