About role
If you are a qualified solicitor with experience in managing a family caseload with a particular interest and background in care proceedings and are looking to continue and develop your career, we can offer you the opportunity to join our team made up of experienced and knowledgeable people in a great environment.
You will have the opportunity to develop your case load and further your career.
You will manage a case load and provide advice and representation on a full range of issues relating to children. All supported by up to date case management systems.
About the team
Our award winning national team is one of the largest in the country and has unrivalled experience in the full range of specialisms. Our family team includes members of the law society’s children panel accreditation scheme as well as a significant number of resolution accredited specialists.
The family department are experts in their field with a large number of lawyers who are accredited on the Law Society’s children panel.
They are specialists within care proceedings and adoption and represent children, parents, extended family members and local authorities at all stages of the child protection process.
