We have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor NQ plus PQE to join our expanding commercial property team based at our modern Middlebrook premises near Bolton.
As a result of considerable growth, we are pleased to be able to be in a position to recruit an additional team member. In commercial property we offer an end –to-end service which means that there is a great variety of work available to our successful applicant. Our areas of specialism include development, finance, investment, landlord and tenant, planning and environmental policy law, portfolio and asset management.
