Do you have fantastic call handling skills? Would you like to work for an award winning legal firm where there are plenty of opportunities to learn and develop? We are seeking two experienced and professional call handlers to deliver an exceptional service to new and prospective clients. Based within our telephony centre you will deal with all incoming telephone enquiries, identifying the caller’s individual legal needs, logging all new enquiries onto the system and directing calls appropriately.
As a call handler you will be able to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and professional manner and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service whilst working in a fast paced environment. You will have excellent call control skills.
You will have experience of dealing with high volume inbound calls. If you have had this experience in a legal environment then this would be an advantage. This may suit those with experience in telephony, switchboard operating, inbound call centre. Full training will be provided.
This role will require you to work bank holidays.
