Since 14th December 2007 anyone who wishes to sell a property on the UK market must first obtain a Home Information Pack (HIP). A HIP is designed to provide any prospective buyer of the property with information about the property. HIP’s will include an index of documents in the pack, an energy performance certificate, a sales statement, copies of the title to the property and a plan of the property, a local search and a water/drainage search.
Stephensons is well placed to provide HIP’s as we can either produce the required documents ourselves or obtain them from reliable and efficient sources.
We offer all inclusive, low cost Home Information Pack for an upfront payment of £262.50.Our packs are inclusive of VAT and include all the required compulsory documentation. They consists of:
