What are HIP’s?
HIP is designed to provide any prospective buyer of the property with information about the property. HIP’s will include an index of the documents in the pack, an energy performance certificate, a sales statement, copies of the title to the property and a plan of the property, a local search and a water/drainage search.

How long will a pack take to produce?
This depends on the type of title of the property. A registered freehold property should take approximately 3-5 days. Leasehold and unregistered properties are likely to take longer to produce.
