The horse I bought is not what I thought – what can I do?
If you are an individual who bought from a trader, the horse should be reasonably fit for its purpose. If you bought from an individual, then you can only raise a complaint if there is a misrepresentation. This means the seller has said something inaccurate about the horse.
What about the vet inspection?

What standard must the vet reach?
He must act as a reasonable vet when performing any inspection. If a reasonable vet would not have seen the problem, then you have no case.
