Can I adopt?
Anyone over the age of 21 is eligible to be considered to adopt if they can provide a permanent, stable, caring and loving environment for a child. An assessment to ensure you are capable of providing for a child’s needs will be required but you cannot be ruled out for consideration based on: marital status, employment, race or religion, sexuality, age or disability.
 
Who can be adopted?
Children under the age of 18 are eligible for adoption, unless they are or have been married.
