Additional optional charges
(A) £12.00 plus VAT for preparing a letter for you to send to your Lender(s) requesting their consent to the letting.
(B) £12.00 plus VAT for preparing a letter for you to send to your Landlord(s) requesting their consent to the letting. Please note that this does not include any consideration of your lease of your property and any restrictions that you may have in granting the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
(C) £100.00 plus VAT for variations to our Standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement to incorporate any specific requirements you may have. Please note that this is subject to a maximum of 1 hour’s further work, such time to be inclusive of all communications with you and amendments made.
Please click on the link below to complete our Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement instruction form. Once you have completed the online instruction the total costs will be calculated based on your specific instructions and confirmed to you what you will be required to pay. We will acknowledge receipt of your instructions within one working day and provide to you our invoice plus payment methods. Upon receipt of payment in cleared funds, we will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure documents are issued within two working days. If you have not received the documents within seven working days of making payment please do not hesitate to contact us on 01942 777777, asking for the Commercial Real Estate department quoting the reference "AST".
